The projects consisted of a total renovation of an existing Woolworth's store located in West Chester, PA and renovations of a former Eckerd's Drug in Media, PA. We were responsible for the interior renovations and new storefront including the installation of a "Micro Brewery" and kitchen. The construction featured a high end millwork package. Total construction took 95 days to complete.

Grace Lutheran Church                                                   7,000
The project consisted of alterations and a new addition to the existing church located in Hockessin, Delaware. We were responsible for coordinating the site work as well as construction of a new atrium and classroom facility. The project took approximately 160 days to complete.

First National Bank of West Chester                             3,400
Renovated 3,400 square feet of the Pocopson Train Station.

Boomers Recreation Facility                                          24,000
                         

The project consisted of a 24,000 square foot state-of-the-art sports training facility located in Avondale, Pennsylvania. The first level has an open area for virtual reality games, restaurant facility and soft-play area for children. The facility has a second floor offices overlooking the main area with both elevator and stair access. The structure of the building consists of galvanized metal trusses on steel beams and columns, masonry walls and a standing seam metal roof system. 

Longwood Corporate Center South                                   104,200    
               

The project consisted of developing and constructing three class "A" office buildings with a total of 100,200 square feet and a 2,000 square foot supporting Day Care Center.

Phase I included developing 10.5 acres and installing all of the infrastructure including improvements to roadways, sewer lines, utilities, parking lot lighting, etc. Building "A" consisted of construction a 46,000 square foot brick veneer and steel structure building shell and high end interior office fit outs.

Phase II, which was completed in November 1997, included a 4,000 square foot Day Care Facility and a 20,000 square foot office building designed and constructed similar to Building "A".

Building "C" which is Phase III of the project began in the spring of 1998 and consists of a 34,200 square foot office facility mirroring the other buildings.

Veterinary Specialty Holdings LLC                                    5,500
The project consisted of development of the site work; total renovations and a new addition for veterinary clinic and hospital facilities. The project included the installation of surgery rooms, laboratory facilities and kennel areas as required. The project took approximately 140 days to complete.

First National Bank Of West Chester                                2,700
The project consisted of a new back branch facility on an existing pad site at the West Gate Plaza Shopping Center in Paoli, Pennsylvania. The construction featured the use of a "Fypon" exterior millwork system, and high-end interior millwork including custom back teller line.

Longwood Veterinary Center                                              6,000
The project consisted of developing a site and new construction for a veterinary clinic and hospital. We were responsible for coordinating the site work as well as construction of a new facility including installation of surgery rooms and kennel area as required. The project took approximately 150 days to complete.

Kennett Fire Company No. 1                                             26,500

       

The original project consisted of an 11,880 square foot engine room and clubroom facility constructed of masonry and steel.

Phase II of the construction started with a 1,188 square foot addition to their existing engine room and construction of 13,432 square foot banquet hall facility with a seat capacity up to 450 people. The features of this facility include vestibule, coatroom, custom bar, and buffet room along with a 3,000 square foot commercial kitchen. The interior custom amenities include custom cornice, chairrail, picture trims and mirrored columns.

Walnut Road Associates                                                    36,800
The project consisted of developing a 5 acre lot in the Walnut Road Industrial Park. Two split-faced block buildings were constructed for office/warehouse use. Building No. 2, is a 12,000 square foot office building. Building No. 1 is a 24,800 square foot flex building.

Jackson Immuno-Research, Inc.                                        28,000
The original project consisted of 20,000 square feet of offices, research/development and laboratory facilities. Later, an 8,000 square foot office addition was completed.

Tri-M Corporation
The initial contract started with the construction of a 20,000 square foot office and warehouse facility.

Phase II of the construction started with a 10,000 square foot garage/warehouse facility and a 1,000 square foot office addition.

Phase III of construction started with renovations to the 10,000 square foot garage/warehouse facility creating new offices of approximately 3,000 square feet. Also, a new training room and renovations to existing offices were completed. The total cost of construction of B.A.S. offices and shop expansion to the existing facility.

Applebrook Veterinary Center                                           5,000

                

Construction of a new veterinary clinic facility utilizing wood frame construction. The project included a veterinary clinic with operating room, kennels, X-ray and offices. This project included seamless flooring systems with kennel drains at kennels, dark room at X-ray and board and batten siding to give a country "Barn" effect.

The project consisted of a new 3,700 square foot Engine Room addition, 114 square foot radio room addition and renovations to 6,689 square feet of existing building including a new commercial kitchen and complete interior facing to tie into the new addition.

Albert Einstein Academy                                                         9,570
The project consisted of demolishing the existing classrooms at both the upper and lower levels. Renovations included relocation of the classrooms, bathrooms, and administrative offices, as well as the sprinkler system. The lower level renovations included a custom library, office and computer room. The work began in June of 1995 and was completed by the opening of school in September the same year.

C & J Clark America, Inc.                                                     50,000
All work for this project was preformed in accordance with the National Historic Register Society. Construction consisted of the following:

1.  Exterior and interior renovations to former boiler room and carriage house to computer room and general station
2.  Exterior renovations to A, B, and C buildings, former manufacturing and warehouse to corporate area.
3.   Construction of G building and interior renovations to A and C Buildings.

Phase II construction consisted of renovations to the interior of the second floor of building B. Total construction, except the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Phase III construction consisted of interior renovations to C and third floor of A building.  Our work included all general construction, except the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Bethlehem United Methodist Church                                     6,000
The project consisted of Sanctuary expansion, renovations to the chancel platform and construction of a 6,000 square foot classroom addition to the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Also, an additional classroom was constructed.
